Striving to ensure the best possible protection of personal data, we want to assure you that we protect your personal data at the highest level, and in this document, you will find all the information about what personal data we process and for what purpose.
1. Who is the Personal Data Controller?
The administrator of personal data is Transparent World sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Suwałki (16-400) at ul. Innowacyjna 1, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000729089, NIP: 9512460962, REGON: 380052092, with a share capital of PLN 10,000.

3. What data do we collect and for what purpose?
Data collected automatically
To enable the provision of the service and for statistical and billing purposes, the service processes data characterizing the way you use the service. For this purpose, the server monitors the IP address from which you connect and collects statistical information about the pages you view. The IT system used by the service automatically collects in its logs data related to the device you use, such as: device type, operating system, type of web browser, screen resolution, IP, internet service provider. This data is used only in the process of optimizing the service to ensure the greatest possible convenience of use, which is our legitimate interest.
Contact via e-mail
If you contact us via e-mail, you also provide us with your e-mail address as the sender of the message. The message may also contain other personal data. The legal basis, in this case, is our legitimate interest in resolving the reported issue.
Social media profiles
Our profiles on Facebook, Instagram, X, Discord, LinkedIn, and YouTube are public. By visiting our profile, you provide us with your personal data (e.g., account name, comments, likes). This data is processed to enable us to effectively run our profile, communicate with users, and for analytical and statistical purposes, which is our legitimate interest.
4. How long do we process personal data?
The data processing period depends on the legal basis and purpose of the processing. As a rule, data is processed for the duration of the service provision or until the consent is withdrawn, an effective objection is raised, or an effective request for data deletion is made. The data processing period may be extended if the processing is necessary to establish, pursue or defend against possible claims.
5. What are your rights regarding the processing of your personal data?
We guarantee the implementation of all your rights, including the right to:
- access data, including obtaining a copy;
- rectify data;
- delete data;
- restrict processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- object to processing;
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

6. Who is personal data shared with?
Personal data may be transferred to entities processing data on behalf of the Controller on the basis of relevant agreements. Such entities process data only in accordance with our instructions. In particular, we cooperate with entities providing analytical services, such as Plausible.
7. Cookies Policy
The service uses so-called cookies. These are small text files placed on your devices (e.g., computers) via web browsers. These files allow for the storage of specific information on your device and then reading it by the service that created these files. Cookies are used by us to adapt the content of the websites to your individual preferences, optimize the use of the pages, and create anonymous statistics.
Usually, your web browser allows the storage of cookies on your end device by default. At any time, you have the option and right to change the settings for cookies in your web browser settings. If you do not agree to the placement of cookies on your device, you can block their placement by configuring your browser accordingly.
8. Our partners' tools
Plausible
On the site, we use the Plausible analysis tool, provided by Paddle.com Market Ltd, based in the UK. As part of this function, we use cookies to track site statistics, such as the number of visitors, the type of operating system and web browser used to view the site, time spent on the site, and subpages visited. We use this information solely to improve the quality of the service, which is our legitimate interest.
9. Social media
The service uses plugins and other social tools provided by social networking sites such as Instagram, X, Linkedin, YouTube, TikTok, and the Discord application. By using the site, which contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with the servers of the administrators of these social networking sites. The purpose and scope of data collection and their further processing are described in the privacy policies of the individual service providers.
10. Changes to the privacy policy
The policy is reviewed on an ongoing basis and updated as necessary. The current version of the policy was adopted and is effective as of September 13, 2025.
